7 Negative Emotions v’s 7 Positive Emotions

The 7 main negative emotions are:

  1. Fear
  2. Jealousy
  3. Hatred
  4. Revenge
  5. Greed
  6. Superstition
  7. Anger

The 7 main positive emotions on the other hand are: 

  1. Desire
  2. Faith
  3. Love 
  4. Sex
  5. Enthusiasm
  6. Romance
  7. Hope

Acceptance

Accept everything that is present in your life right now because it is already there. If you don’t like what is happening then make a new decision that will move you closer to your desired goal.

Affirmations

Affirmations are a great way to reprogram your mind. Most of us grew up with fear and anger and to undo all those years of programming, you will have to introduce new thoughts to your subconscious mind. Sign up on my Resources page to download my daily affirmations.

Attitude

The right attitude will help you move faster in life while the wrong attitude will make you stagnant.

Awareness

Self-awareness is the first step to lasting change. Learn to become aware of your day to day activities and live in the present moment.

Addictions

Anxiety

Many people suffer from anxiety because they have not yet discovered their light, the passion! The quickest way I know to cure anxiety is to discover what spikes you up and do it every day.

Appreciation

Appreciate everything and everyone in your life because they are there for a purpose. Showing appreciation will attract more good things into your life.

Bankruptcy

When I was bankrupt in my late 30s, it was the lowest point in my life but one thing that pulled me through was listing everything I was grateful for each day. I had no place to live but my mum’s spare room and I was so grateful. No matter how low you get in life, learn to see the good.

Circumstances

Never allow circumstances to dictate your behaviour. Never allow your present circumstance to determine your future.

Comfort Zone

Nothing extraordinary was created in one’s comfort zone. So learn to step out of your comfort zone whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Communication

The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand. We listen to reply. The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said.

Belief

You are the sum total of your dominant beliefs. Your present life is just the mirror of your old beliefs.

Calm Down, Speed Up

Many times in life, in order to make progress you have to become still. In order to be “with out” you have to, first of all, be “with in.”

Coaching

All the best coaches have their own coaches too. Get a coach who can help you through your life remix and hold you accountable. Invest in yourself.

Decision

When you have to make a hard decision, flip a coin. Why? because when the coin is in the air, you suddenly know what you are hoping for.

To have a disease means not be at ease, hence, dis-ease. Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease.

The word enthusiasm is derived from the Greek word entheos which means in God. So whatever you do with enthusiasm you are doing it with the energy of the Universe and you will be helped.

Faith

Faith is believing in something you cannot see and trusting fully in what you cannot explicitly prove.

Fear

FEAR means False Evidence Appearing Real.

Fulfilment

Only those who have learned the power of sincere and selfless contribution experience life’s deepest joy: True Fulfilment

Failure

You are not a failure and you need to quit telling yourself that. No successful person ever avoids the pain of failure, in hopes of the gain.

Faith v Fear

It is impossible to have FAITH and FEAR at the same time! Fear will stop you from your dream but faith will propel you forward. So why not choose FAITH every time!

Forgiveness

To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.

Giving Service

To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.

Gratitude

Learn to feel deep gratitude for everything in your life. Even the not so pleasant things because they are here to help you grow. I explain in detail what this means to me in this short video.

Overthinking

Stop over-thinking you are only creating problems that do not exist.

Love

I believe that love is total acceptance, however when you fall in love with YOU, the rest of the world will fall in love with you too. Love comes from within. Study, educate and improve yourself so you’re ready when the right person comes along.

Multiple Sources of Income

Never depend on one source of income, make an investment to create multiple sources.

Positive Thinking

Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.

Present Moment

Stop acting as if life is a rehearsal. Live this day as if it were your last. The past is over and gone. The future is not guaranteed. Today is a gift, which is why it’s called the present.

It takes the same energy to worry as it does to be positive. Use your energy to think positive and positive things will happen. Even if you stumble you are still moving forward.

Purpose

There are two important days in your life. The day you are born and the day you work out why you were born. What is your purpose of being on this wonderful planet? What service can you offer to others and most importantly what do you enjoy to do? Only you can work out your purpose and this is a good place to start.

Rejection

Rejection doesn’t mean you aren’t good enough, it means the other person failed to recognise what you have to offer.

Relationships

You deserve someone who chooses you every day. Someone who doesn’t make excuses or broken promises. You deserve someone that stands up for you.

Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.

Don’t let the behaviour of others destroy your inner serenity. Every day brings a choice to practise stress or to practice serenity.

Stress

Whenever I speak to anyone who is experiencing stress, I encourage them to find their PASSION. I know it may sound easier said than done but at least you now have a way forward.

Subconscious Mind

Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.

Thoughts

Thoughts are powerful. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.

Visualisation

Create A Vision Board. Pull together a selection of images or words that represent want you would like to achieve or how you foresee your life.Place your vision board somewhere you will see it everyday to serve as your inspiration and motivation!

Wealth

Wealth is the ability to fully experience life. If you want to be wealthy, be wealth, talk it, think it and prepare to have it.
